Q: Why the monitor doesn’t work when connecting with phone or switch or laptop or CCTV recoder?
A: Need to charge at the monitor with the USB to Type-C cable when using the monitor.
Q:What is the difference between the parcel charger and the PD Charger?
A: The charger in the parcel is a normal 5V-3A, 9V-2A,12V-1.5 multifuciton charger, only for the support
of the monitor light up. While a PD Charger can charging the mobile phone or laptop reversed. PD Charger
can be bought from us for option.
Q: Does it support any kind of mobile phone connection via TYPE-C?
A: ZEUSLAP Portable Monitor only support the Thunder Type-C port mobile phone via TYPE-C cable.
Otherwise, it needs a USB C to HDMI hub for the transfer to connect mobile phone via HDMI port.
Q: Does it support any kind of laptop via TYPE-C?
A: ZEUSLAP Portable Monitor only support the Thunder TYPE-C laptop via TYPE-C cable.
Otherwise, it needs to be connected via HDMI Cable on the laptop.
Q: How do I use it to connect my SWITCH?
A: Take off the switch controller first, then use the TYPE-C cable to connect the switch screen,
at the same time, using the Charger to connect the monitor via USB to Type C cable.
Q: What is the warranty of the monitor?
A: ZEUSLAP offer our buyer 7 days no reason return, 15 days no reason exchange, 1 year warranty.
While any artificial damage will not enjoy the free warranty.

Well oooochen fast delivery, since the order he came in 8 days to st. petersburg, everything is packed perfectly, in a package in which an inflatable pillow, which is a box, and in the card another pillow in which the tablet itself, everything is in order, i recommend

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
